“It took me a long time before I finally decided to sell my home in Lakewood and move out of CA. Larry was referred to me by my good friend. She sold her mother’s house with him and she was happy with his service. So I decided to follow her advice. I called him couples times but I wasn’t ready to sell yet. He gave me a market evaluation over the phone and gave me some useful advice on repairs. Even though I wasn’t ready to sell at the time, he was very patient with me. Overall, he was good at answering his calls and he seemed always able to provide you the answer you are looking for. Months after I first contacted him, I finally set a date to meet with him. Larry met me at my house, he was on time and very easy to talk to. He seemed genuine and totally understood my situation. He seemed experienced and knew a lot about my neighborhood. Before the meeting I was a little concerned because I have never sold a house before, but after the meeting with Larry I felt confident that my house will be sold at a good price. I signed the contract with him right away. I understand that his office is quite busy, but Larry and his assistant, Carin, still got a lot of work done for me. I never felt like they were too busy for me. Carin did a really good job at communicate with me and even met me outside of their business hours several times because I couldn’t meet them at their regular hours. I didn’t call them everyday, but every time I called, I either got a call back within a business day or talked to Larry right away. I also met his buyer specialists at the open house, they were sweet and they even staged my place without any extra costs. They did a really good job at promoting my house. One of the problem I have is that my house needed a lot of repairs, Larry and his contractor helped me to fix my house up so I can get a better price for it. I was able to increase the value of my house without spending so much. We also had problem with permits. Larry worked really hard to help me to get the permits from the city. After the repairs, I got a few good offers right away. I was able to pick a good buyer. Escrow was closed on time. So I can move out of state on schedule. I was really happy with the price, even higher that I thought, thanks to all the works Larry had done to my house! I will definitely recommend him to a friend!”
